Sapphire crystals
Leucosapphire is an artificially grown crystal, widely used in microelectronics, optoelectronics, optics, instrumentation, medicine, for the manufacture of watch glasses.
Leucosapphire is the main material in the production of LEDs.
Currently, we grow crystals weighing 80, 90, 100 and 150 kg.
Products are made from sapphire of standard quality, as well as resistant to UV radiation.
Cylinders
1. Cylinders for the manufacture of substrates with a diameter of 2, 4, 6 and 8 inches..
2. Cylinders and rods of optical quality with a diameter of 3 to 260 mm.
Orientation of the cylinder end is C, A, R or M with an accuracy of 6´.

Plates and windows
Plane-parallel plates are used in optical devices as protective windows, filter substrates.
We produce round, rectangular, multifaceted plates with a diameter of up to 280mm.
It is possible to manufacture plates with a complex contour on CNC machines.

Tubes and rings
Leucosapphire tubes are used for high pressure applications.
We produce tubes with inner diameter of 2.2 to 220 mm, a wall thickness of 3 mm and a length of up to 350 mm.
The mechanical properties of leucosapphire make it possible to produce technical details: bushings, rings, bearings, locks, etc.

Hemispheres, hyperspheres
Protective spherical caps are used to solve a number of problems. They are used in devices operating under high pressure, with high speeds of incident flows of liquid or gas.
We make caps with a configuration less than a hemisphere, hemispherical and hyper hemispherical, with a diameter from 25 to 260 mm.

Optical details and components
We produce blanks for optical parts of prisms, lenses, wedges and other products according to customer drawings.
Crucibles for melting
We produce crucibles with a diameter of 15 to 250 mm, a wall thickness of 1 mm, and a length of 5 to 300 mm.
A sapphire crucible can operate at temperatures up to 2000 ° C, its high purity (99.996% Al2O3) and chemical resistance make it possible to brew aggressive glasses, that containing a large number of compounds of boron, fluorine, phosphorus, lead, barium and alkali metals.
